As per rule 52 of esi act contribution need not be paid for ip's whose daily wages are less than Rs.137. (this was the limit when ESI coverage stood at Rs.15000 pm).Now after the coverage limit is raised to Rs.21000 pm what is the minimum wages on which ESI contribution in respect of ip is not payable.
