Hi everyone.
Greetings of the day!
I am working with one of the infrastructure company and I am based in one of the project as site civil engineer . I have resigned from the service on 10-10-2016.With what so ever my project head is not accepting my resignation .only with his approval HR department will further process the same.
I want to know that what will happen if I leave the organisation on 18-10-2016.
OR what will happen if I leave after a month of notice period if they do not act on or do not reply to my resignation.
Kindly help me this dilemma .
Regards

It depends on your terms of employment, especially the clause concerning separation. Please go through that clause in the appointment letter and comply with those terms.

The notice period starts from the day you have given your resignation. There is actually no concept of refusing to accept the resignation. It's not really in the hand of the employer.
Still, it's always better to leave amicably, specially in view of future references you may need to get from here. So speak to your manager personally and get him to process it. If that does not work, you need to speak to his superiors. It's better to complete the notice period anyway.
