I am working in a Top Ecommerce MNC in Non-tech, email support role and also pursuing my MBA in HR. Currently I am in my final semester and will complete my MBA by end of May, 2014. I would like to know about HR courses (Kronos) that has huge demand at present. I have 5 years of work experience in support role and would like to move to HR domain. Please suggest me the best courses in HR that has high demand and can offer good salary and Good institues offering these courses in Hyderabad or distance universities.
