Please let us know whether Government of Karnataka has permitted Industries to maintain the labour laws related records in electronics form?.
As Maharashtra Government has all ready permitted vide Government circular for maintaining records in electronics forms, we are interested to know similar circular or permission is given by Government of Karnataka. If not what is the procedures for getting permission individually by industries to get such permission to keep labour laws related records.
