Dear Sir,
I have been working in an organisation more than one and half years and the organisation having more than 20 employees strenght, and the organisation is till today not provide the PF benefit to the employees, my team mates and me had approached them to get the same , but they are least bothered about this. Request to provide the guidance to lodge a complaint against the promoters of the Company.
A humble request to provide the employees benefits availed from Employers

Approach the nearest PF commissioner for getting redressal of this problem.
Off course your employer will not like your approaching the Commissioner.but one has to take action to get laws implemented,if they are not following law voluntarily.

Yes, so I hope you have another job available since you will definitely be kicked out as soon as the employer knows you have given and complained.
Again, you have not given details of your salary, job or industry. I hope your salary is not more than 15000 because then you will not get PF anyway

There are so many employees are deprived today also in organised sector in metros from their rights of social securities. They are paid much less than minimum wage rates. No PF. No ESI. No Gratuity. Many employer engaged even white collar employees on third party roll. No job security.

Recently, came in reading one historical decision in which Maharashtra Government directed Labour Commissioner to cancel labour licence issued by its office for past 42 years. The company has engaged more than 500 workers through contract for the job of operators, fitters, welders, job checkers, electricians, lab assistants, experts, senior experts etc. by the blessings of officers of Labour Commissioner for years together.

This is the only case in which the employer is stopped from doing this unfair practice. There are so many such employers who are still continuing this practise with the blessings of Labour Commissioner Office. There are so many companies having blessings of officers from PF department, ESI department.

Our forum should take some steps to stop such practises.

You wish to lodge complaint and secondly how you will make PF scheme applicable.Directly your involvement will be harmful. You will find in your career ahead that there are multiple things happening but legal and ethical there should be more and more applications. You need to communicate and try to escalate problems by virtue of your position of HR. DOING AND NOT DOING IS SEPARATE THING. YOUR EMPLOYER SHOULD KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES for what you made him aware of, its your limit. This forum has no administrative role to correct defaulting employers. But its certain, employers defaulting or flouting rules are most of the times save themselves very smartly and action are taken certailny against own well wishers like you.
