hi

i m shilpa ,n doing job in a new stablished consultancy ,there are only two boss one is from marketing field and another is from finance field,there is no HR person in this consultancy and i m d only person after d both of my bosses n they have given me the responsiblities to recruit the candidates ,there are no other employees here ,even as it is my first job ,they didn't give me training ,i m very much frustated what to do ,company has no clients ,there is no work to do , i think i m just wasting my time ,but everyboy says to me to continue the job for at least six months n this is my second month of job , i m not able to decide what to ,if i left the job they will not give me the experience certificate , and my two months will also be waste ,n if i continue this job for six months n then search d job ,then in interview i wll be asked what have you done in your job ,i have no knowledge of recruitment after having six months experience. so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz suggest me what should i do whether i continue it or left it.

Frankly speaking i think u need to take a move
As this is ur first job u need to learn many more things in recruitment for which u need training from ur company
I think u should go for good consultancy but do ask their strength before u join

Emm...If you are looking for experience,i sugges that you need to change job. As per what you mentioned, you have nothing to do in this company. Although you get your experience cert but when you join the other company, do you really have experience?
