I am working in a proprietary concern. I have to produce my pay slip to the bank for some personal reasons. I normally receive the salary without payslip. I want a pay slip format. Can u kindly guide me in formatting pay slip for my salary.

I have worked for an SME two years before where i used to get the salary directly in hand and travel allowance in hand. The company din't had any payslip or PF sort of system.
Now my new recruiter is asking for a breakup of the entire CTC. I can obtain the same from my old recruiter but i don't how to perform the same.
Can you assist me accordingly Plzz,,, ASAP....

pls can you kindly send me the format of a pay slip. My company does not have one and neither do they pay to the bank, we collect by hande from the accountant and then sign a log book for it. Now i need to present my pay slips to the embassy how do i do it? Thanks in advance.
