ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
It is critical that organizations assess how selections are made. Getting the right people to the right jobs is crucial. Technical knowledge and skills are easily tested with traditional tests and are evident from job experience but to evaluate behaviour is difficult in traditional interviews. BEI offers this advantage with a proven accuracy.BEI attempts to uncover the past performance by asking open-ended questions that require the interviewee to describe in detail past experiences which demonstrate their ability to perform the job.

· She is the Lead Facilitator for Nurturing Talent a unique Training and HR consultancy
· Ms. Wasu has been involved with the BEI technology and competencies for over eight years. Having interviewed more than 500 people, she has also trained numerous professionals in various kinds of interviewing technique including the BEI.
· She has rolled out competency based training programs across the companies that she has worked. She has designed and imparted training workshops for professionals across functions in various key competency areas.
· Academically, she has to her credit a BSc. in science, Masters in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Training & Development.
