I wanted to take confirmation on the the below PIP process..
If the employee who is in performance improvement plan is not able to come out of the PIP then giving the notice period(30 days/60 days/90 days) from the day PIP ends is appropriate right.
and when an employee joins the company, during the probation can he be into PIP process and if so will he still be eligible for the notice after the PIP if he doesn't come out of it.
