You can prepare the new offer letter under the name of new company and can give to the employees once after you took resign from the older company.
In the new offer letter you should mention a note for the particular employee that it is the continuous employment for the "employee name and designation" at "new company name" from the "name of old company.
The same you should mention in the reliving and experience certificate in case any employee resign so it would not be affect negatively for the employees in their professional career from the point of stability as it shows that the employee didn't switch the company but moved to the continuous employment under a new company as some company internal matters.
