My name is Sumit ,I am in last sem in Mba hr/ir.
I have got an oppourtunity to make a project in a good manufacturing company.
I am going to make this project on Industrial relations ,so , please assist me what all i have to cover in my research and what all topice will be covered in this project in a manufacturing company .Because ir means different for different perspective.
As for workers,employers,government and societial.So my question is from where to start my research and training in IR and what will be the procedure and what all it will cover.
kindly give me the direction so that I can understand what all I have to do in my research.

Kindly have a look to all the acts like Factories act 1948, Industrial Employment Standing orders act 1946, trade union act, Handling disciplinary procedures eg- code of conduct, domestic enquiry, principles of justice, leagl action and grievance procedure etc. also Statutory and Payment of Gratuity act etc covers Industrial Relations. plz do find the attached ppt. hope it'll help you to understand in designing.all the best.
