Hi,
Even I heard such kind of promises from consultants but they charge the companies not the candidates. So, do not fall into such traps and develop your skills for facing the interviews.
Best of luck!!

Mr Yograj,

We understand and can see your concern related to your job and may really worried but do you really feel that you can buy job with paying this amount to them. And it seems you are not aware of the scams and these kind of tricks by the people who always in search the people like you and get benefited by making them fool. Not in Gurgaon but everywhere you can get these kind of people.

Second, dont you think you can apply and get a job by News Paper Classified, and Job Portals like Naukri and other which never demands for this kind of Money. Please do not go with these kind of people who promised you to get a job and ask you to pay some amount

Third, could you share your qualification and experience with me, maybe i can help you in getting a good job.

Lastly the most important thing, if you have a good experience, knowledge, skills, please update your profile and also with Job Portals and put your sincere effort find a good job yourself but do not waste your time by anyway with these things. Also you need to spare some time for Newspapers and TV news to get you updated with things running around.

Hi Yograj, Please do not trust such promises. I have seen many consultants who take money from the candidate by assuring guaranteed jobs. Regards Reshma Naikar

As you feel that something is not good, means definitely something is wrong with your profile that are not attracting your recruiters, therefore, it is time to work on it.

You first have to find out the required changes in your profile and need to show something that is according to the demand of your recruiters and market. If recruiters are not showing their interest in your profile, it evidently says that you are missing something with your profile that can catch their attention.

-Have you attend any interview/ tel-interview in recent past?

If yes, please share your experience and responses….

-Have you applied jobs by Portals or checked the status of viewing of your profile by recruiters?

If not applied, please do apply for the jobs and with a new/revised profile. Second, also need to keep your eye on recruiters’ action and their interest in your profile.

Go through the link below that can help you to recognize the need of changes with your profile

Dear Yogi,

It doesn't sound dangerous to handover photo copies to the consultant. Most of the time, they need it to document the candidate's profile. You may not require to use this idea. However, here's what I did.

Each time , I shared photo copies of my documents with any prospective employer or consultant, I asked them to return if the job is not offered to me. While handing over the attested photo copies, I used to mail them and declare that they have agreed to return them to me, without retaining any copies. Upon the receipt of the documents, I would forward the same mail, thanking them for their support, with utmost gratitude towards the process we worked along.

This may seem irrelevant , most of the time. However, the fact that I was strict with sharing my data, left thin chances for anyone to mess around.

Further more , a professional and a supportive attitude from you, will build a better network with everyone you interact during your job hunt.

On a lighter note , I used to treat job-hunting as a job and finding employment as a promotion :)

Remain extremely courteous throughout, specially when you draw your line. Wish you all the best . We know you will find a fitting job soon.
