I think Mr. Raj had give you accurate words to do & don't to follow. I fully admire Raj advice "Be professional, the offensive side, work with a cold face with the GM and behave professionally ONLY. Whenever he approaches on such things - BE VERY FIRM in giving the answer back on the face. (It is a good idea to do that in front of few people, as witnesses)."

Hi Aks,
This is a very bad situation and we understand the problem as this is also not the right time to resign from the job. Having said this, it is also not essential to actually worry and tolerate those kind of nonsense from the managers. Sexual harrasment is a serious crime which can actually terminate the person irrespective of which position he is into and also the company should be ready to support you in that matter. If the company doesn't support you, then that is not the company you should be working for as there are so many other values in life apart from salary and money. If you have sufficient proof, then don't hesitate to bring that to the higher management and if he is one among the higher management, then bring him to his managers notice.
For Bulldoser or whoever it may be: Citehr is a place where we give and take suggestions and not for joking around and typing some foolish stuffs. If you really want to enjoy those kind of stuffs there are lot of other sites specially desinged for you people. I think moderatory should take a look at all these stuffs also.

And I the mean time I resigned form job with communicating the situation. Because we work for our careers but not I cost of our values and ethics.
Now it’s a matter of self respect and your security too.

1. Make sure ur dressed properly, i know u do still take necessary steps.
2. Dont answer his call after office hours.
3. Dont stay too long in office when he is there.
4. Dont take any thing offered by him in office (cool drinks)
5. Mean time look for some other job.
6. Dont show ur nervous he may take advantage of it.
7. Tell him u didnt like his joke - what he did??

My suggession in this matter is the girl should do his work , the boss will not do any thing to , if he does any thing else , just tell him that he is the age of her father . As the time will pass every thing will be diluted , and as she gets another good jod , she should switch to other job .
