Your words simply explains about your disinterest to work with the present organization. On that situation, I would suggest you be fixed to your point and inform them that you got an opportunity which would help you stabilize your career better.
Again just be firm on your point/situation. Instead of them calling you for a discussion, you proactively ask them, their time to discuss on the relieving part. Make them understand that you have called them to discuss about your last working day and not to negotiate your new offer. This should help. Good luck!

Every HR personal should have above mentioned qualities. For eg: if you join ABC company, you find an outdated procedure or process which running from last 3 decades. You know that changing this process will benefit the organization but still you look for pros and cons and made a decision, now you approach to top management with your findings. Here you should have good communication skill to send me message across and a convincing skill to convince them that the change is require.
Do you know what will be first question, it'll be "We are following this process from last 30years, and you joined just a days back, who are you to tell us that this process is an outdated". Matlab teri toh lag gayi boss...
It's been 2yrs for me in HR field, now got an assignment to handle an HR Dept. of 32yr old company, where not single policy is in place or we can say not a proper organization structure. So imagine if you behave like this, then how will you reach on top.
Yash please think, take your decision and be firm on that. Or else it'll be a waste of your time, organization's time and time of all those who replied to your thread.
As Psatya and Ashlesha had replied, please go with your decision. We all are there to support you, jst kick that butt out.

Hi Everyone,
Even I am also in same situation. Even I can compromise with salary also. But the fact I want to relieve is my boss. I can describe my company as \"Greedy Boss & Angry Manager\". They will scold us if something went wrong. My boss never accept his mistake, he want people to say Yes for all his question. I always used to answer his question not by simply saying Yes. So lot of miscommunication happens between me and my boss. But they like me because I am productive than others. So they are not showing their faces to me. But I am worried, because the shit may happens to me also at any point of time.
So I dont have the valid reason to say I want to move on to next company. If I say honestly, they will try to answer my question, will ask me to stay here.

I undoubtedly agree to comments by few members above.. They mentioned a valid point that you haven't mentioned or neither you are sure about the reason for leaving for job. At one point of time, you say that you are leaving for salary issue and at the same time you say that they are increasing your salary and still you are leaving the job. This is not done. This sounds awkward and immature. If you don't have the proper reason for leaving your current job, then how can you blame your company on salary issue or any other basis. As you've mentioned that they are increasing your salary to retain you, that means they want you for a long term in the company. But you yourself are not sure that for what reason you want to quit?
Giving fake reasons like starting a business, higher studies will serve the purpose, but at the same time its possible that you're kicking away a good & stable career. The conclusion to this is I would suggest you to be clear of your reason for leaving the job. Its surely not an salary issue but it possibly might be some issue in relation with your colleagues or superiors.
