This site has been very helpful. I work for a US based employer and we are looking to establish a company in India. We are looking at Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. I was wondering on how the salary varies across these 3 locations? Most of the salary surveys are providing data based on the job description (location is not considered). Can any of you point to a specific site/survey that is based on location, experience and job description. It will be great, if the report can address attrition rates in these locations.
