Dear Sir,
I've gone through your posting and It's really wonderful and I personally appreciate for posting such a good thing.
As regards your remarks, I'm sure that many of us do understand your feelings and realize about what it takes to compile and share a valuable info.
But writing such a harsh statement only to know HOWMANY people realize & care about your efforts, is not anticipated from an experienced, senior and a sensible HR Professional.
Writing these kind of statements clearly reflects a narrow / negative attitude hidden inside an individual. U being an experienced professional I hope & trust you sincerely refrain yourself using such rude words in future and help yourself in changing your attitude taking a wrong direction!!!

Dear Octavious,
we are indeed thankful for your posts which is actually helpful but as Mr Peer has rightly said we should not expect or demand....anyways we are thankful to you......
But there is a sincere request that be sure of not writing everything in bold.......that is somewhat rude, isn't it sir????

Thanks Octavious. I like your posts and I want to let you know that I try reading all your posts. These are very informative and practical in their approach.
However, I am still trying to understand this PPT as like many others I am trying to look at absolutely from HR perspective. From Business perspective, I somehow got it which apparently looks more useful for Marketing.
Thanks again.

I would still beleive in "Neki kar dariya me daal". I would never make someone realize the good things I did to/for her/him.
An effort if acknowldeged is very good but to demand something lessens its gravity!!
An effort done only to be acknowdged and appreciated doesnt have the same value at all.
The Fact that people downloaded it is in itself an appreciation or so I would like to think.
BTW, Thanks for this Octavious!
This my View!!
