Hi Ben,
Few tips:
1. Be assertive (don't take SH**) from him ever
2. Keep your work up to date
3. Talk to his boss
4. Send him a formal mail stating that you feel uncomfortable when ... (mention specific details... shout at me, use foul language)
5. Record his behavior on a cam (cell phone)
6. Be united
7. Send him love, gain his confidence by your caring attitude and pray for him....

Hi Ben,
All these Hitlers are short tempered and unknowingly they will do blunders, wait for that time and once you got the opportunity then act till such time you all should be united.
As rightly mentioned by Mr. Atul Sharma send the feelers to his boss.

Hi Ben

You have to find out what makes him tick.

Remember there are persons with different perceptions and experiance.

You need to understand what he wants and modify (where possible) the way you work.

For example, I work completely process based and need work to be done following laid out processes. Any deviation will get a chewing out. If you do not want to follow the procedure, you need to come and explain, and only with approval a deviation is allowed, or the procedure it's self might change permanently.

For someone not clued onto our way of working, it's a nightmare. But once you figure out what is expected of you, things are smooth.

This was an example. The manager may have his way ofmworking, monitoring, etc. I know some who are irritated with repeated status updates and others frustrated with lack of updates.

So, if possible, all of u approach him together with a request to guide you as to how you should work. Tell him u want to understand what is expected of you so that you can be more efficient....

Hope that helps
