i also agree with arunbansal, by posting holy pictures it can be reduced, and also charge the fine if any person is caught during spitting.

As the saying goes, SAAMA, DAANA, BEDA, DANDA.... Politely tell and train them, then the activity goes to punish them .There was a right suggestion that use the known chewer to control the problem and make him talk about problems that arises out of chewing ghutka or tobacco....

one will not be able to put holy pictures in the govt premises and bathroom but sports stars like sachin or dhoni’s photos can be put which may not hurt peoples religious sentiments....

Hello,
I too am always shocked by our poor hygiene and civic sense. While I too have noticed that those small religious symbols and "god" tiles placed in strategic corners does the trick, I feel that a continuing program of education would also be a long term solution. This way, a sense of "own-ness" could perhaps be inculcated in the staff and they themselves could be carriers of the message of "This is not right. This is filthy and we should not treat any space in this way. It is also a carrier of disease". All the best !

it is an uphill task to control the spitting on the walls especially in inside the factories premises it can be prevent only the way of installing spitton boxes /workers awarness in regular intervals sign board finally introducing the Debit system
