I was working in pvt ltd company in last 4.5 years(30/06/2011 to 01/12/2015). This in indian company. please confirm to me for i am eligible for gratuity or not because i was serach some blog in your side he was mention for 4.5 and 4.8 for eligibility criteria for gratuity.
Please give the right suggestion with act/rule

If you have completed 4 years and 240 days, you shall be eligible for Statutory Gratuity payment. However, if you are covered under non statutory gratuity and your salary is being deducted every month then you will be eligible for gratuity payment.
