I have a big problem with the real estate developers. When the going was good
they all acted big raised money and acted tough. Can we discuss a topic about
project delays and actions of developers as all the decks are against the buyer
everything is loaded in the favour of the developer. Is there any place we can
challenge a PIL for instance I am talking about "A" specific project and "A" specific
developer who has done what he wanted and has taken for a ride the customers.
Any legal proffls who specialize only in real estate litigation or a PIL by owners is the
best route.
