Currently we are paying 11610/- as basic+DA salary for unskilled employees regarding engineering industry .& 13115/- basic+DA for skilled employees . Kindly guide me how to calculated new basic salary as per minimum wages notification .

In the attached excel sheet under "Engineering (Serial no. 19)" you will find Zonewise Basic Wages for Skilled, Semi-skilled and un-skilled workmen with simple detailed working of Daily and monthly wages including HRA.
