If there is false complaint/case against you then never miss the following measures:
1.If it is before police then make an application before the investigating officer to take action against the complaint under s.182 of IPC.if he refuses then move to high court to make your s.182IPC compliant effective.
2.If false allegations are made before the court then file an application before the same court u/s340 Cr.P.C. to proceed against the false complainant u/s.193IPC.
3.If there is abuse of the process of court then make an application before the same court to the High Court for committing CRIMINAL CONTEMPT under The Contempt Of Courts Act,1971..This law is applicable against any abuser including judge.
