There are couple of things you can do
1. Talk to them individually and explain what the staff thinks about them, Pls make sure that instead of a person a group talks to them. May be they have not realised about their behavior and its reaction till you inform them.
2. In case nothing seems to change the same group must talk to their bosses, thus the boss will feel you are not engaging in any politics against them and will get the correct insight into the concern.
3. Last simply ignore them from team they will realise their mistake.
Pls do not engage in sending anonymous mail, removing their photos when together, passing comments etc as it is highly unprofessional.

I do understand that it disturbs the decorum in the office, so you guys should go and talk to your boss making him understand the reality and get him transferred to some other department that is not related to that secretary.

It is difficult to make them realize that they are on wrong side of the road. Just do one thing inform one of the family member of secretary (Secretly) and tell them to visit office the time the couple are sitting together.
I can suggest this because the same thing happened at my workplace some unknown visitor told the brothe of the employee, now the matter is solved everyone's is relaxed and that particular person is unrelaxed.
Try it out!

Hi,

This case is very simple in nature i am called as loveguru

1.If that person is that important for the organisation make sure to show that facts and figure to ur management where is performance is going down instead of reaching top .If he is still on top in performance then no problem.

2 If this person is spoiling the atmospher in office make sure you throw the secratatory off from job for not providing valued service to the master she is been appointed.

3.Leave air in the office you are going to appoint a secraratory in that division so she will have an fear in herself.

4.In this matter if non other person is having problem and only you that means you come from a good family but have psychological problem so be aware.Might be some incident has happened in past with you so just see and forget.Divert your mind and do ur work sincerely.

5.For more details call me on 09743329990 Nikhil .i am an astrologer, poet, dancer, singer, numerologist expert,Mimicry second for state,Rangoli painter,

6.I have an record the person who speaks to me love to talk alot with me as i have read 7056 books electronic,567 hard copies of books of management, human psychology, holybooks , so on.

7.If u want to remove that person from job it will take only 4days max for formulas call me i dont want all people getting spoiled

Interesting discussion.
I would like to share the same event happend in my earlier organisation.Initially everything was went well for one year and after that the big boss called and advised them. But no use,one day big boss called and sacked them. Poor people.
Everybody knows that sending out is not a good solution, but at the same time other juniors should not get spoiled.

I understand your problem coz have seen many 'couples' like that in my working place... Some even went to extreme stage which I have just heard about but not seen
If this does not bother your work, then just ignore it like your other colleagues otherwise just talk to your BIG BOSS. BUT you must keep in mind that while talking to your boss you must not make it like a complaint against that guy... you have to just hint the boss diplomatically, that is, very lightly you have to open the matter and your boss would understand the rest as no boss can be irresponsible of his/her company.

Hey, if work performance is below expected, maybe that's what needs to be addressed.Flirting...what can one say other than it is a personal issue between two consenting adults....maybe it will blow over like a whiff of fragrance or maybe it will turn into something lasting.Who knows!

Its better to tell them to continue thier personal work out of office hours....For eg even I like reading citehr stuff but i cant do so in my office..Atleast not every hour...may be i can have a predecided slot for my citehr browsing......
You can suggest them to select a time slot for themselves..In this way they wont be hampering the regular work....plus its not prefoeesionalism to do such things at office....If thier interactions are causing an embarassment for others or disturbing them, it needs to be recitifed by ur HR executive/head.......Try talking to them....
All the Best...
