Dear friend,
If u have requested Transfer of PF from A to B. The A companie's PF will Be added for B company's PF Account which can be said as A+B= X, and this X amount of PF amount will become as single unit of PF and it can be transfered to another company & so on in future also.
There will be no impact on the amount & if the A company has already transfered the amount to B then you are no way have pending settelement with company A. you can go ahead a transfer to company C.

Hi Supriya,
The law of the land says that if an employer wants to give statutory benefits over and above the normal benefits certified by law, then the employer is free to do so. It is totally at the discretion of the employer as to whether he would like to give statutory benefits over and above what is stated by the law. So in your case if an employer doesnot want to deduct P.F. from employees having basic + DA of more then 6500/- then he can do so legally. The law cannot force the employer to deduct P.F. from employees having Basic + DA of more then 6500/-. So, always remember if an employer is deducting PF from all the employees of the organisation irrespective of the ceiling provided by law, then he is actually doing us a favour instead of harm.
Thanks and regards

Dear Prithvi, By my opinion the employee should have more than 6500 (basic+da) at the time of joining. In only this case he should be exempted from deudction of PF. Best Regards

Dear Friend,
For PF transfer the employee need to fill Form no. 13 and this form is deposited in PF office after verify from the employer. The the company has their own PF trust then the same procedure is applied. The pf transfer form may be deposited in pf officer by the employer or the employee. The pf transfer form you can download from pf office website : www.epfindia.com

If the accounts of all the three companies are maintained by the same office of the RPF commisioner, there wont be any problem in transferring the entire accumulations to your new account straightaway.
Even otherwise, when your transfer request in FORM 13 goes to the respective PF authoritities of Company B , they will not effect the transfer unless the earlier request for transfer from Company A to B is effected.
However, there is nothing wrong in ensuring whether the Pf accumulations is already transferred to B company or not before submitting the necessary transfer form (FORM-13) to Company C.

This is actual proceedure for the PF get transfered-
If you have joined and left company A, and joined company B its your responsiblity to transfer your previous a/c to present one. That is company B. But once you join Company B you need to submit your Form 2 (Nomination Form) and Form 13 (Transfer Form) to your present employer(B) and then they have send this Form to your previous employer(A) where they have to attach your yearly contribution Statement (Form 3A) (See to that your previous employer (A) do the same without fail. Sometimes they will not do the proceedure or they will loose the papers) then B will send (follow up is needed every time) it to your regional pf office for further process. After 2 months have an enquiry with pf office through B whether your a/c has been transfered or not. if not do the same proceedure once again still it is not happening then directly give your transfer letter to the pf office through your present employer. Once all the amount comes to your present (B) account then you can do the same proceedure as you have done earlier. or if the amount has not come to one account (B) then you can apply for 2 transfer form for both the A & B through C
I hope this clarifies you.
Hope you get your pf amount at the earliest:icon1:
