Hi Dear,
I want to add more thing what has mentioned in this Presentation in slide number 32 there is mention of admin charges in Employer share of contribution i.e. 1.16%. But as per my knowledge there is admin charges has be paid on ESI contribution.
Kindly Check.
Otherwise it is a very good compilation of Rules and regulations.
