Dear Rohit
I would like to have your views on Training Bond which some companies follow. Some time they say that they have incorporated such bond to get commitment from participants to learn and take training seriously.
Can you suggest a better way of getting the results without bonds.
I feel at times bonds send a negative signal to participants and they refuse to goahead for trainings.
Thanks in advance
Best Regards

I found here in this website, all of us professional trainers have the same enthusiasms to share good stuff. I am in China. Thanks God that we are tied closer and closer. Very glad to see so many indian professionals. Just can't imagine how we will contribute to enhance the union of the countries within 10 years. God bless you all.

Dear All,
It is nice many of you post most useful information, links and PPTs. The problem is invariably, many files do not open. Either it is corrupt or not in the right format. Can we do something to get rid of this? If the site administrator takes little more care, it could be solved easily. Hope to get a positive change!
