I have created UAN Numbers to all new employees of Jan-17 and contribution has also been deposited. Now I want to upload KYC details of them as I got these details very late. Also I need to edit certain details like Bank Account Numbers and Mobile Numbers of few Old Members. I am not able to edit in unified portal.UAN member portal is also not working properly. Members wants know their updated account. Can You please suggest some remedy.

adding multiple bank accounts is not barred in EPF as kyc.
if the employee has access to his passbook by login in the member portal than, employee itself can change the mobile number, or they can make a call to UAN helpdesk, 18001-18005., after the emplyee verification with the data in their records they will register his request for change of mobile number,
from employer side, it was never possible to change the mobile number of employee.

Has prepared KYC details in Excel sheet in a prescribed format and followed all the prescribed procedures. But not succeeded when I uploaded into portal. Can you please suggest some remedy. I am thankful, if I get format in excel sheet.

but were not enrolled as member for any reason ,please sent new ecr xl file for onlin echallan sub.
