hey dear............
smile plzzzzz.......now that's like a good and strong guy....../..
i dont know whether u are smiling or not but promise me u wont definetly cry over.......'cause u also know that the profession which u and we all are possessing, is not only demanding but also full of beurocratic, diplomatic and flooded with shreud and cunning people, who just believe in having the competencies like "working less and oiling high" to reach at the highest order.
but believe me dear, those kind of people can not be successful ever in their life. in some way or the other way they are going to be caught. so u dont get disheartend by these silly things. u better do whatever work has been assigned to u and show ur excellence over there. u must have heard or listen somewhere that " a lotus always blooms in mud".................so think urself as a lotus and keep believing that u r gonna make difference at that place for sure by ur innovatievness and diligency.
rest, u can report to ur Manager Head or HR head, if other guys make any foul remark against u (personal and profession, which they are not entitled to legally and let them learn their lesson). now as u have performed better before the arrival of the new Boss, then rest of the people in ur organization would be knowing ur potentials, so try to mix up with them, who know u well. try to gel with them and expose the foul game being played by ur colleauges. Also, after proving ur competence in whatever work assigned by ur new boss ( dont get upset with the kind of work which has been assigned to u, as there is a greater scope to work and prove ur credentials everywhere), u better talk to him about ur areas of interests and the things what u like to do for the organization in near future..................
never be sad and try to prove what u r.............. and as i can read ur mail and get a feel that u r not a weak human.............'cause those who can share their feelings openly and not being hesitant, are real braveheart.........so show ur braveness and meet up coming challenges........all the best..........
if u want to write more nad be in touch.......keep mailing me on this id--
..........as u can expect a reply within 24 hrs....
cheers:

Hi Saileena,
The behaviour of your boss & your colleagues are very unprofessional.
Wait till your appraisal comes. If you are satisfied with your appraisal and if you boss agrees to give the responsibilities which you desrve, then stay back in the company, otherwise look for a new job.
I am sure you will definetly get a good job as you have solid 6 yrs of experience.

Dear Saileena,
Let me introduce myself. I am Sudhakar Kumar- running a HR function Outsourcing Company at Hyderabad India.
I struck with too many thought while reading your mails.
I support Faizal on the introspection on the whole situation. We being HR it is important to be emotionally strong to handle the situation, I am sure there will be some kind of great learning where your boss might have looked.
Reason might be
You might be too emotional and sensitive by yourself which your boss wanted to break by making you deal with the touch people like drivers mechanics etc.
The previous experience of his says that the present role that you are handling requires a full time resource for which he deployed you.
I would suggest that you fight against the situation with positive spirit because even if you flight out of the situation and join a new job, it would directly or indirectly effect your confidence levels.
hence i would suggest.
Draft you responsibilities document and send the document for approval in writing to get the role clarity, when ever you are asking keep the information in mails with cc to your boss. And if works have to be co-ordinated with your two colleague, be neutral while sending mails. And beyond all control you emotions and start speaking to the people whom you are comfortable with to ease yourself to think actively.
As your were mentioning it an appraisal time, unfortunately the recency factors are considered and your breaking of emotions might be shown as negative. The efforts need to be professional with the proof that you boss and his boss should realise that you are more process owned.
And definitely Appraisal is on where you have to produce the details of self developmental plan in writing. Hence this might suggest a valid reason for you to fight against boss and this reason is definitely more valid for you to move out.
Keep your winning spirits on, We can empathise with your situation , however through mails, non of us can figure our the exact solution. It is important that you collect data and see why the situation has been so worst.
Regards
