Employee whether he is in probation or not; he can avail leave as per the company Rules. One month leave on reasonable ground also can be permitted at the discretion of the company. During the probationary period; Management if satisfied with the performance of the Employee; his job may be confirmed. Otherwise Period of probation may be extended.
