Anayaat has given you sound advice. However, if you design your own questionnaire or adapt one, then you need to conduct statistical tests to ensure that your grouping of questions is correct.

While searching for information, I came across this site which provides detailed information about statistical methods/tests: [Elementary Concepts in Statistics](http://www.statsoft.com/textbook/elementary-concepts-in-statistics/?button=1).

Also, see the link (no longer exists - removed) found at [Google](http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&q=ASSIST+%2B+noel+entwistle&amp ;aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&am p;gs_rfai=&fp=9bbc4a8cd9f63c7b).

Dear Rekha,

If it is for reference purposes, you do not need one on the same topic. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. Also, if you kindly search for scholarly articles on the topic, you will find articles which contain information on how others have done and why that way. You will also find how to cite others' works and how to structure a project, etc.

Have a nice day.

Hi Rekha,

I am now ready with questionnaires. How should I go about analyzing them? Will 70 people be enough, or should I consider surveying 100 people? After collecting the data, how should I analyze it and create charts or pie diagrams based on the findings?

Are my current findings and recommendations correct, or should I consider additional ones? Whom should I consult or ask for guidance on this matter? Please provide your suggestions.

Thank you.

Dear Rekha,

Glad to know that. The number of people to administer the questionnaire depends upon the population that you are targeting. The mix of the people whom you target depends upon the different categories and what you are trying to achieve. You need to clearly state your aim and objectives for people to guide you.

Please see my post at CiteHr, where I have given links to websites dealing with statistical analysis, validity, reliability, etc. Or kindly search the web. I wonder whether you were taught these in your Research Methodology module!! Have a nice day.

Hi there, I conducted an employee satisfaction survey for my organization. However, I am not going to tell you how to do the questionnaire because the site provides a lot of material to assist you in conducting an employee satisfaction survey. But I will share a tip on how well it worked for me using appropriate technology.

I conducted the survey on the internet and sent the web page to all employees to complete it online. I customized my form on the internet to enable the response rate to be shown in percentage against each question. I enabled the system to create a graphical representation of the responses to each question. All I had to do was interpret these graphs into a report and present it to management.

It's all about having the right system that allows for customization.

I wish you all the best on your project. I hope my tips will be useful to you.
