Dear Rekha,
If it is for reference purpose, you do not need one on the same topic. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. Also, if you kindly search for scholarly articles on the topic you will find articles which contain information on hwo others have done and why that way. You will also find how to cite other's works and how to structure a project, etc.
Have a nice day.

Dear Rekha
Glad to know that. The number of people to adminster the questionnaire depends upon the population that you are targeting. The mix of the people whom you target depends upon the different categories and what you are trying to achive. You need to clearly state your aim and objectives for people to guide you.
Please see my post at CiteHr, where I have given links to websites dealing with statistical analysis, validity, reliability, etc. Or kindly search the web. I wonder whether you were taught these in your Research Methodology module!!
Have a nice day.

Hi there,
I did an employee satisfaction survey for my organization, however, I am not going to tell you how about you do the question cause the cite provide a lot of material to help you do an employee satisfaction survey. But I will give you a tip on how well it worked for me using proper technology.
I did the survey on the internet, sent the web page to all employee to do it on line.
I customaries my form in the internet to enable it to do the response rate in % against each question
I enable the system to do a graphical representation of the response against each question all I had to do is interpret these graph into a report and presented to the management.
Its all about having the right system that enables to customize
Well all the best on you project, hope my tips will be of use for you.
