Annie, please tell me what you have done so far to help yourself.

Please also review my posts on Research Methodology.

Additionally, access the web to understand the fundamentals of Correlation and Regression concepts. I am willing to assist you, as I have been doing so, provided you clearly state what you have accomplished. Have you identified any independent and dependent variables and formulated your hypotheses for testing?

Have a nice day.

Thank you so much, Mr. Simhan, for your help. I have already analyzed the independent and dependent variables, but I am not getting how to move further. What I analyzed, for example, is 52 employees left due to compensation problems and 23 due to a lack of growth opportunities. I analyzed all this by studying the exit forms. I am using secondary data. Please let me know how I should proceed.

Have you analyzed qualitative statements? If so, you can't apply statistical tests. Correlation and regression analysis are conducted when you have data from a quantitative survey. Please see my posts on Research Methodology (PPT slides attached). Best wishes, Simhan
