Please note that the enhancement in ESI wage ceiling from Rs.15000 to Rs.21000/- has come into force with effect from 1st January, 2017 vide notification No.878 published in the official gazette on 22nd December, 2016 (Extra Ordinary Part II Section 3 sub-section (1). Also please refer to ESI Head Quarter Circular No. X-14/11/1/2015-P&D dated 27th December, 2016.
A copy of the Circular together with notification is attached herewith.
