As you wish. All the best. It seems that you are not inclined to end your dispute. It reflects from your above statement that you do not require any opinion from any body.

I had responded to this post because I thought you were a victim like me. However, there is a huge difference between your case and mine.

In my case, I am a VICTIM. A settled case has been turned into an unsettled case by the bad elements of the State Apparatus. There is evasion of the RULE OF LAW OF THE LAND at every moment by the Judges and Advocates from the Lower Court to the High Court to the Supreme Court of India.

Backstabbing and Criminal Conspiracy to kill us by the Bad Element of State Apparatus through PROXY WAR have been ongoing for 12 years.

Under these harsh conditions, on the one hand, I was busy saving the lives of my handicapped, infirm, elderly parents, and on the other hand, responding to the Wrath of Judicial Terrorism; collecting all material evidence against the bad elements of the State Apparatus during the 12-year-long proxy war and presenting it before the Apex Court to bring them to justice.

However, instead of punishing them, the Apex Court protected and shielded them. The same lumpenism & abuse of the court process are being repeated in the Apex Court, and my Petition was stopped from being placed before the CJI.

In other words, the bad elements of the State Apparatus went unpunished and were shielded/protected by the Apex Court.
