Dear All,
As per earlier posts, I am also looking for PhD guidance. I completed my MBA in 2009 and have 3 years of experience in academic administration at a local university. Currently, I am seeking a PhD in HR from Delhi itself. After conducting a significant amount of research, I am now aware that many renowned universities/institutes require an M.Phil or entrance exam for enrollment. Can you kindly suggest additional options for admissions in a Part-Time program? Are there universities that directly enroll you after reviewing the synopsis or thesis topic?
Moreover, could you please advise on the appropriate months within an academic semester to apply or seek admissions? I am looking for prompt suggestions and assistance.
Good Day!

Hi,
If you are not keen on a teaching profession, yes, you can pursue a Ph.D., even through distance education. There are many universities offering Ph.D. programs on a part-time basis. I suggest looking into the following place where it is easy to obtain a Ph.D., and many have successfully completed their degrees through this channel: Indian Institute of Management Research & Technology.
Please check their offerings and consider joining if it aligns with your goals. Good luck with your academic pursuits!
