till i have not recv. confm. letter.from above co. when i ask about my confim. letter they told your offer letter is your confim. letter is it true. i am not agree.

Yes if Employee on leave saturday & Monday Than Doesn t count sunday as leave Bcs Every employee who worked for 06 days will be eligible for 01 off .if empoyee is leave on friday, saturday than it will be count sunday as a leave ..Monday Doest matter..

In my view, Sunday should not be counted in any leave policy, because these type policy demotivate the employees.
Mostly people wants to take leave on weekends, so that they can utilize their Sunday also.

You should give sunday as weekly off because as per law if any employee who worked three days in a week then he/she will be entitled for sunday it is not mandatory to do work on saturday & monday to avail the weekly off.
If you want to count three days leave then it will be completely depend upon your company policy.. If in your company leave policy, where clearly mentioned the same thing i.e. we will count leave if anyone will be taking leave on saturday & monday, you are suggested to see your company leave policy before taking the decision.

Depends on company policy but usually Sundays will not be counted. If the person is working in shift then it may be.

Usually in most of the companies it is considered as 3days leave if employee avail leave on Saturday as well as Monday. However the same doesn't reflect if its Sick leave (or) the employee had intimated and taken approval of his/her leave 10days in advance.
