If your written agreement is clear about the amount of salary payable to you, then the quickest remedy is through Order XXXVII rule 2 CPC summary procedure wherein the leave to defend may not be given to the defendant and decree may be passed summarily against the company for non payment of specified dues.

I am also the same concern. this is 14 months running but I didn't get any update from the employer.

I have my attendance in the company
I have PF Number
I have PF amount did in my pay slips
Company is registered and it is an ISO 9001-2008 (RBEI)company
I have received my annual composition from that company
I have received the relieving letter from that company.

I am following up for my retiral clearance no one is properly responding. They are just kidding like you need to ask so and so person. The final conclusion is my F&F amount is not updated to retiral benefits team once they updated F&F amount then they will process my PF within 40 days
I have 50+ emails conversion regarding this conversation as well. I have updated them that IF you were not resolving the issue give the suggestion to which Labour office I can escalate this issue. For this, the concerned person sent a mail to his associate to look into this issue on priority.

Please, experts, suggest me what to do?

My junior employee(Assistant manager) salary structure and mine are equal.My employee grade M4 and junior employee grade E1?? is it possible? "I informed my senior manager he said it's impossible now.After 1 year you get hike."

Hello Sir / Madam,
I am Worked with SMERA as a Sr.Executive Finance but I Resigned as per Instruction by Mr. Pradeep Nair & decide by Mr.Sankar Chakraborti. I have no choice because of Pradeep Nair force to me for resignation.
At the time resignation company leave encasement policy is 45 day's and my leave balance is 64 days as per attachment.
At the time of resignation SMERA ( SMERA Ratings Limited ) has ready to pay my all dues including leave encashment & same to be confirm with Pradeep Nair. But at the time of full & final leave encasement received only 15 days.
Management annoyance leave encashment policy on 21st Feb 2016 & applicable with 1st Feb 2016, but I resigned on 15th Jan 16 as per discuss with HR Team & my last working date is 16th Feb 2016.
Company has false communication & commitment with me, (SMERA’s Ex-Employee).
Kindly Advise..what can i do??

Dear sir,
i had summit my pf foams on 08/04/2016 in my company in navi mumbai but still not i get my pf setter met their are saying in process but i call pf office thy tol me your pf foam reject two time in mistek done by my ho in chennai i am following but still not get my pf amount Full & Final Settlement.
I would request to advise me that "May i go through Labour Court or Consumer Forum."
Please advise me ASAP.

Hello sir Myself Sachin Dhatrak. I had joined Astro lifescieence on July 1st 2016 as a area sales manager at Nasik, Maharashtra. That time our HR Nancy mam requested me to join as soon as possible. So i resigned my running job & joined in astro. After that they told me to do consignee agent. I met many people's, dealers, distributors, but all they said this products are new in Maharashtra. So, anyone not ready to take it.In that process I spent my time and money & also lost my well job. And now our company not giving me my salary and expenses from joining. I contacted many time to our office but they are not giving me reply please guide me what can I do?
