You may aware about principles of Hierarchy in organization. as per Psychology every one wants to stand their position with all their own abilities and equipment.asper hierarchy if they are Top level of you,No doubt on this they always wants satnd top on you. top on you understand it is common in the organization.
you first equip yourself 360 degree and try to stand top on others.I mean try to get appraisal by co-operating with them as well as hardwork.............
