The difference betwee resume and profile is:
Resume is ur CV, including ur education and professional qualifications, hobbies and ur personal strenghts, i.e. as an individual.
Profile is the kind of work u have done in the past or what u want to do now in future...referring to all aspects like:
Shift Time
No. of hours
salary package
Incentives
Kind of job u can do
what are your gray areas
etc...
