Hi!
First and foremost....I don't think it is about either about the frequently changing jobs or the style / font / format of the resume that is the problem..........Sometimes (Read it as Most of the times) it is the perception of the onlooker which matters.........
1. It would definitely strike someone that there has been a frequent change of jobs, but with no change of profile which can always be attributed to the individual's grip on the field of work opted.
2. Agreed to certain extent that the font / style / format do matter because now-a-days we have an increasing number of automated resume screening processes rather than the manual one where the essence of the document is lost and only the key words are picked up.
3. The most appealing point is that it says "Has an ability to rectify his own mistakes and wiling to learn at every step in life." How many of us would actually dare to put on something like this on our resume let alone the fact if it were actually required or not.
If I were to come across a resume like this, would definitely loved to have interviewed such an individual.
Wishing him all luck!!!!!!

The CV needs a re framing.Career obj.-omit it. polish the language. put the personal info like add. on the left. photo on left. pl. dont paste the photo at all. Skill sets should be presented pointedly. area of interest is not projected. the CV lacks a sense of confidance.Take help of sites which would guide to use the right wordson Google.
