Present Position: Projects Coordinator, OFC Projects, in a Pvt Ltd Co.,
Motivation for Work:o
1. The employee should have good work environment, where his personal,and Social obligations are also met. 60% of our waking life, we give to the employer.
2. Pleasure for working and feeling proud of your work. This has to be a bye product from work culture.
3. Timely food and refreshments availability, at the work place.
4. Recognition of your work, and a pat on your back whenever you did some good thing for the company.
