The information is quite O.K but the I.D Act also amended raising the wages from Rs.1600.00 to 10,000.00 pm with effect from 15/9/2010. Kindly verify and incorporate.

This is Reema here and i am working as Recruitment exe, in one pvt ltd company, my question is i have done my MBA with HR specialisation and 1 year diploma course in IRPM (INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND PERSONNEL MGMT)
in Feb-10, but i dont want to put the break on my education, similarly i am not interested to do LL.B, can all of you plz suggest me what i can do further in HR/Labour laws, as i am keen to get in to manufacturing industries like Pharma, Automobile, etc..
secondly, which kinds of questions can be asked in the interviews taken by mfg industiies? plz guide me as i am too much worried it..

How ever, I think no amendment in Bonus Act has been made recently raising wage ceiling to Rs.5000/-.The Wage ceiling for employee to become eligible for Bonus has actually been raised to Rs.10000/-in the year,2007.For the purpose of calculation of bonus,the max. wage will be taken as Rs.3500/- even if an employee draws wage exceeding Rs.3500/- upto Rs.10000/-p.m.
