Dear Friends,
I need a legal openion regarding the demand by the Enforcement officer EPFO to submit the clarification on the notes made by another EO on aug 2005. Actually after that there was an inspection by an EO on 2007 and we have cleared all issues at 2007 itself.
My doubt is whether it is possible to the current EO to call for the records to submit the records of 2005 as per 2005 EO report. If there is any provission in EPF act regarding this plz quote the section.
