Please communicate with the ALC/DLC Officer regarding the same and again ask the real time status. Pls note that they had already issued notice to employer. ALC/DLC will take further action against employer as per law. In your case nothing to worry employer have to pay the total amount with the intrest therefore pls keep in touch with the ALC/DLC officer.
