Instead of labour welfare officer if you go to the ACL office that will be more helpful because its a despute & all desputes are sorted out by ACL office only.
Welfare officer just take care of labour welfare he will not get into the despute so appropriate autority under despute is ACL

Only retirement dues on account of gratuity can be settled through ALC & CA.For PF benefits ,one has to lodge a complaint with the office of the concerned RPF.
For non-payment of retirement dues,one can file a writ before the concerned High Court also.

Sir I mean to say ACL means Assistant Commissioner of Labour.
I told ACL is the autority who can be the mediator for this despute.
As Mr. Prakash told that he should contact to labour welfare officer. I want to say that labour welfare officer he can give the guidance but he is not authorized person for despute.
