What if the Interviewer retorts back - Do you think I have opened a learning center here for you (fool)?
From India, Chandigarh
I also face the situations where i also replied the interviewer that i am looking for better career prospects, to which without hesitating he told me that its sure that even you would leave our company looking for other better career prospects. Please help me out, as to what exactly the reply should be given so as to create a positive impact on the interviewer
Dear Vinayak,

As we said, there would be no of endless questions from interviewer, you need to answer it tactfully.

while facing your type of querry i prefferred answering - if i find better prospects and career growth int this company definately i will not look out for a change.

against this they ask - according to you there is no growth in your previous company and i answered, there is growth but upto its level in brabch office, fore more growth i may need to travel or work with haed office at delhi and it this time i am not planning to relocate.

hence you need to answer tactfully so interviewer should not find it silly or foolish.

speak the truth tactfully and never badmouth with any of your employer.

Dear friend, best way to answer this question is I am getting a excellent opputurnity here, thats way i want to leave previous Orgination.
From India, Vadodara
Yes, tats right, but the thing is that the interviewer immediately asks that in future if you get other excellent opportunity you may also leave our firm. Thats why this answer acts as a barrier in interview.
Thanks

When you're being interviewed, you need to answer the questions carefully. Mugging up some answers won't help.
However, it is always better if you go with preparation and have a basic idea of how you should answer questions.
