It's duplicate.Some companies will pay only cash on hand, so they will make their own payslip (or) they try get more salary ,so make their own payslip.
Better to ask six month bank statement and call to the previous company and confirm with his/her employment.

I notice that many of them advising to get the salary slip in company letter head with seal and signature of the employer. Do you practically think that is it possible? 99.9% of employers don\'t show interest on these items to the employees who resigned from the organization. They will start referring to the company policy ignoring the future of the employee. Practically, there is no need to care about the employee and also the other employer. So in my experience, I strongly say that no employer will entertain giving such things to one employee.
This is my view.

The clarification has been given, (inside the thread ), that this salary slip originally was in pdf format; however the member posting this query has taken only the relevant portions; omitting the employees name, company and other particulars from the salary slip; and then he has put it in an excel sheet.
It is surprising that some members are still giving their verdict; on the condition that the purported pay slip does not contain these particulars. I urge everyone to go through the complete thread before giving their opinion.
