Dear Friend,
The topic "Challanges Faced By HR In The Year 2015" is very
vital for the HR professional, all over the world because this the appropriate time to ponder over the secenario likely to emerge in the
year 2015.In present secenario face of economies is changing in the
different parts of the world, due to change in the political situation.Stable
political situation means stable economy, which further means population
of that place is positive in thinking and not tends towards negative practices for the basic things.HR even in present secenario need to come out of orthodox thinking of Copy,Cut ,Paste and need to involve himself or
herself with the businees. They need to understand the business and than
implement the HR practices, rather than sticking to the Standard Set of guidelines for everything.Base should always be firm but top should be flexible enough to accommodate the required justified changes,as per
situation arises.Present HR should work as Operation HR,should have a
learning attitude with broad vision and not be afraid of walking a extra mile, whenever required because role of HR is changing from the conventional one.The more HR try to learn about the various aspects of
business,culture,human behaviour,politcal& Economic secenario,walks at
the Unit level, will be able to do HR governance more efficiently and effectively. The HR in the Year 2015 will be more as a leader than manager only.

With whom to work?
Corporate sector is expanding.
Public sector is shrinking.
By 2015 thou numerically population size of India will be larger than what it is now the rate of growth will be near zero or zero or minus.
What will be the set up then? Will hire and fire principle work?

Sir,
Your quote is valuable,as u said there will be hiring and firing activities by the HR dept of the concern.By 2010-15 there will b no Permanent job even in govt organisatons because Govt is selling its Sick units to private entrepreuners, where the employees get a very low compenstion 4 their work..
And even the hirerarchial ladder will be in horizontal structure o get work doe by the employee in a peaceful way without any politics hidering towards the objective.
In short in coming days the strategy will be "NO WORK NO PAY",whether its in Govt organisatio or Private organisation.

The biggest challenge for such professionals is to source or recruit the best people or potential candidate for the organisation.Adaptability to globalization The HR professionals are expected and required to keep in tune with the changing times, i.e. the changes taking place across the globe. HR should maintain the timeliness of the processLack of motivation Recruitment is considered to be a thankless job. The immediacy and speed of the recruitment process are the main concerns of the HR in recruitment.
