Hi Group,
I started my career in 2000 and it is 5th organization that I'm working today.
I would like to transfer PF a/c into my present organization. 2years back, in my previous organization I send Form 13 to EPF office. Only 1 it got transferred but two are pending. I need guidance for the following pls
How could I know the balance of my PF a/c in previous organization?
Shall I send form 13 again to transfer?
What should I do to continue pension sheme? Should I apply seperate form for Pension transfer?

Dear Seniors,
Pls clearify if any person who is deducting pf in his previous organisation & there his basic + VDA is Rs 6752 at the time of leaving. after that he joined a new organisation there his basic is Rs. 7942. now the current employer says your basic is above 6500 so we did not deduct ur pf or you should give both the contributions.
kindly suggest if any person is deducting his pf from last 2.5 years continiously & suddenly after change this issue comes what to do?
also tell me is this mandatory for the current employer to deduct his pf because his pf was continoulsy deducted by his previous employer.

Dear Seniors,
According to the PF act, maximum contribution is 780 per month. My doubt is if he/she get more than that (means around 100000 p.m. gross salary), then also is it 780 only?
waiting for your reply...
