I have some late today to coordinate the list
Its hard to circulate a xls file here so if you send me the information to my email in the format requested, I wll take the time to review the list, tell everyone here where most people are and then perhaps we can decide on a coffee shop or restaraunt in which to meet and what time.
Please note that I will attend , but I coming from AUH so it would be great not to make it too early or too late.
Comments please? If you dont want be to do this, thats ok tooI wont be offended. I just wanted to offer the effort to move this forward from talk to "do" If there is someone else who is able and willing, thats wonderful

Thanks for the initiative... I was tied up at work and was really busy the whole week…
Firstly, I would suggest if we can have all the interested participants mailing their information to a specific e-mail id instead of flashing the contacts on the net. For all reasons we are sure that the contacts are in safe hands. & it’s easy to track the # of participants. If you agree, I can collect the information on my id.
Secondly, why not give an end date to the participants. If you agree with me lets have the last date to be 10th June’08??
What say… If you all agree lets go ahead…
