Mine is a small time company with 16 employees. We dont have PF, ESI, Insurence etc. Are these mandatory for any company? Any legal problems are there for not having PF?Can any one help me?

I agree with you Anil.
This material has been posted umpteen times in this forum itself.
Posters should check, before posting such "lifted" items.
It is outdated, which is but natural, when someone lifts materials and SIMPLY POSTS it again.
It is sad to find people taking credits for something they have not created themselves.

Dear Priya
The site has put up a timer where in users cannot open documents fastly and the timer states it as two minutes but it takes five minutes
Hence users may not have time to waste in waiting.
The administrators should remove the timer for viewing documents
I also could'nt see the document
Anyway it is a good initiative
We can jointly do for IT company

I have just down loaded and seen. Lot of efforts has been put up and I appreciate. The list of the laws can be further expanded like Mines Act, Plantation Act. etc. I have a suggestion to add one important benefit in ESI Act chapter to include :disablement benefit. This is very important benefit. Disablement resulted out of injuries in accidents in course or out of employment are compensated. "Injury" is not only inuries sustained in accidents but it also includes health impairment due to environment at work like high noise, chemicals, gases and vapors and so on- chronic poisoning. Even if your existing illness is exacerbated due to work environment one can claim compensation
